Training and Inspection Record Archive

Dealerships are required to store records of employee safety training and service area inspection records. ERS will ensure that records of OSHA mandated training such as Right to Know and Respiratory Protection are organized and filed for easy access. In addition, dealerships are required to regularly inspect items such as fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and hazardous waste containers. ERS will provide dealerships with the necessary materials to keep track of these inspections, and ensure that they are properly organized and filed.
